Pina Colada shake

Quick, easy and tastes just like a Pina Colada – only without the rum and with a protein boost.

Serves 1

5-6 ice cubes
1 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup coconut-flavoured light evaporated milk
20g vanilla whey protein

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 1 minute or until ice is crushed and everything is nice and smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
